FAQ
How do I book a session?
You can contact me through my Facebook page or through an inquire on my website here. The fastest way to contact me is through my Facebook page though.
What is your typical turn around time?
My turn around time is 2 weeks, excluding weddings and mini sessions. If you need something done sooner, please let me know when inquiring about a session. Weddings are 6-10 weeks with sneak peeks within a week.
Do you have a referral program?
YES! If the person you refer to me books and completes their session within 60 days of your session, your next session is 10% off if booked and completed within 60 days of their session!
Do you travel?
YES! If the desired location is more than 45 miles outside of my radius, there will be a travel fee applied to the invoice.
I don't see a package that fits what I'm looking for..
That's ok! Photography is not a one size fits all. Let's chat about what you are looking for specifically!
How many photos will I get with a wedding package?
I am quality over quantity when it comes to your final gallery. I will typically deliver between 50-75 photos per hour.
*This is not a guarantee as every wedding is different and there can be hiccups that prevent photos to be taken.
Is my total balance due at booking?
Only for my seasonal packages. For regular sessions, a 50% retainer is required at booking and the remaining is due 1 day prior to the session. For weddings and events, 25% retainer is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding or event.
How do you protect my images from being lost or damaged?
I shoot on dual memory cards for every event and session to ensure if one memory card is corrupted, the other still has the images. Of course, it is never a guarantee as I am at the mercy of technology, but I can assure you I do everything I can to protect them.
We've never had photos done before, how do I not feel awkward?
Throughout your session, I will be giving you prompts rather than poses! This is a simple way of giving movement and creating more natural photographs. You will probably hear me say something crazy and follow it up with "just trust the process", with which I will show you the amazing image you created!
"My kids do not do well for photos..."
That is ok! My approach to photos will have them smiling and having a good time. If you haven't heard of "photographer kids syndrome", just know my kids sure have it so I am constantly having to come up with different ways to get kiddos to smile in photos!
How will I receive my photos?
For sessions, I will send you a link of the RAW images where you will choose your favorites. As soon as your favorites are selected, I begin editing and the edited images are delivered in an online gallery where you can download and share as you please.
For weddings, you receive an online gallery as well as your own keepsake USB mailed directly to your door.
